Access at the Industry Forum
We want everyone to enjoy the BFI London Film Festival, and for the experience to be as welcoming, inclusive and accessible as possible.

When registering for your accreditation, please indicate any access requirements in the designated box. If you are uncomfortable sharing this information directly on the form, kindly check the tick box and contact Delegate Services and the Accessibility Coordinator. We provide a free companion pass for delegates who require support to attend.
Your companion should support you throughout the Festival experience, including helping you register for your pass, book tickets, assist you around the venues where necessary, and being available to support you in case of an emergency.
We accept a range of access card schemes as proof of eligibility for companion passes including CEA Card, Access Card, National Disability ID Card and National Carers Card.

All venues hosting the press and industry forum are equipped with wheelchair accessibility and step-free access. For information about access facilities, visit the LFF venues page or contact Delegate Services.
Press and industry venues:
- pre-Festival - BFI Southbank
- Festival - Picturehouse Central and The Hall, St Martin-in-the-Fields Church.
Please note: at Picturehouse Central, there is a short journey from the lift on the Mezzanine to the lift that will take you to the screens.
The press and industry programming may include screenings with descriptive subtitles (DS), audio description (AD), and captioning. Information regarding which screenings with these provisions will be available will be provided once confirmed, following the announcement of the full schedule of press and industry screenings.
Accessibility provision may be added to screenings at a later stage. If they’re added after the press and industry schedule goes live, we will update the screenings schedule.
All screenings are subject to change of screen or venue, and we will inform you if this impacts your access requirements.
We acknowledge that some films and works contain distressing themes, scenes, language and references that may be triggering to some audience members. To help you decide if a particular screening or event is for you, please see individual programme pages for content and trigger warnings (including use of flashing imagery) as well as age recommendations and certificates, or visit our content advice section.
During the Festival, if you are feeling uncomfortable, overwhelmed or just in need of a quiet moment, please ask one of the Front of House staff and they’ll be happy to help you. If you need to speak with Delegate Services in person, you can find us at the Delegates information desk at BFI Southbank from 28 September to 2 October, and at Picturehouse Central from 5 October to 14 October.
