Industry Pass

Registration for the 40th BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival
Industry accreditation is for UK and international filmmakers and individuals working in a professional capacity in film or wider screen sectors.

The Industry Pass includes access to:
  • industry talks and panels at BFI Southbank
  • access to three Press & Industry screenings of the Opening and Closing night and Special Presentation films
  • access to The Makers events taking place throughout the festival
  • networking receptions
  • access to select public screenings (subject to availability)
  • delegate directory
  • discounts with the BFI

The industry pass does not include online access to the festival screenings or events.
The festival welcomes film industry professionals actively working in film and the wider screen industries.
Entry Career professionals are likely in their first role in the industry, with no budget management and only manage themselves.
Early Career professionals have experience in their chosen role, but with minor budget management and do not manage their own team.
Mid-Level Career professionals are recognised for their specialist technical or creative skills, may manage their own budget and oversee entry and early-stage career colleagues.
Senior Career professionals have extensive industry experience, advanced technical or creative skill, and likely lead a department or have a senior management position.
We ask this question to better understand the make-up of delegates and your answer will not impact your application.

Evidence

Please provide evidence of your recent / current work in the industry. Please ensure you evidence work in the industry within the past three years.
You can provide links to a professional profile, eg. IMDB, personal website, and/or a document upload, eg. a CV, image of credits. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in a delay in processing your accreditation, or your application being rejected.

You may be contacted by a member of the Delegate Services team or the Accessibility Coordinator to provide support.
Please upload a clear, recognisable headshot photograph that shows your face for your delegate pass and delegate directory (if consented to the latter). Use image of minimum 600x600 pixels, maximum file size 5MB.
Participation in the BFI London Film Festival involves full acceptance of all its terms and conditions including the Code of Conduct.

Any violation of these will result in the immediate withdrawal of the accreditation pass.
